The Kargin family at Sun Garden Apart Hotel warmly welcomes new and returning guests to beautiful Yalikavak, and have facilitated researching and booking your Turkish holiday to be as easy as possible for you. With 14 years in the hotel and hospitality industry in Austria, we opened the doors to our own hotel for the first time in 1998.

Sun Garden takes its name from the warm sun and the verdant groves and gardens that surround it on its lovely site in Yalikavak, one of Bodrum Peninsula's most beautiful locations. We are pleased to offer our guests an unforgettable quality holiday with caring, family-run management.  Sun Garden Apart Hotel is located 52 kilometers from the Bodrum-Milas Airport, 18 kilometers from Bodrum, 15 minutes walking distance to the center of Yalikavak and 50 meters to pristine beaches.

Our accomodations consist of 12 apartments each with a shower and WC, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and direct dial telephone.  Some of the apartments have central heating systems.

Eight of these apartments have two rooms and a total area of 55 square meters for four persons, while four of them are three-room units with a total area of 74 square meters each for six persons.  Our facilities include a swimming pool, children's pool and pool-side snack bar.
