Booking Contract

Bookings may be made by telephone provided they are followed by written confirmation or fax within 7 days. When all the conditions of reservation are acceptable to the customer, a legal agreement can be made.  Conditions include: service, dates and times of arrival and departure. 

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking.  The remainder is to be paid upon arrival.

Exchange Bookings

Bookings are transferable with prior notification.  Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing (facsimile or post). 

Cancellation charges will be made as listed below: and are taken from the full cost of the holiday booking:

 

Up to 30 days before arrival date 10%
From 29 to 20 days before arrival date 15%
From 19 to 10 days before arrival date 20%
From 9 to 4 days before arrival date 30%
From 72 hours before arrival date 50%

             To book your holiday, please contact us via telephone, fax or email with the dates you will visit, the number of guests in your party, the length of your stay, the size of apartment you desire, airport arrival information and any other special requests you may have. We will confirm your booking upon receiving the 50% deposit based on the published rates.  You may pay the remainder of the balance upon arrival using traveler's checks, cash, or major credit cards.
